Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with photos as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.
